Structure of the University System
Years of study required to earn a bachelor's degree: 5-6 years, plus 2-3 years of additional practical training/experience in the field. Generally, a bachelor’s degree in Turkmenistan takes five years to earn. After completion of the degree courses, students are obligated to have another two years of practical experience in their chosen field before being awarded a diploma.
